Subscription Terms

Matilda's Magnolias offers subscriptions that automatically renew ("Subscriptions"). When you purchase a Subscription, you will be given a designated a delivery day. However beyond this delivery day you have the flexibility to manage your own delivery schedule to have your Bloombox delivered on the week you want.   1. Subscriptions. By purchasing a Matilda’s Magnolias subscription. You agree and acknowledge that you will be charged per Bloombox delivery.  You accept responsibility for any recurring charges prior to cancellation and any charges processed by Matilda’s Magnolias after the expiration date of your payment card
  2. You agree that Matilda’s Magnolias may submit charges to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you based on your defined schedule of Bloombox deliveries. If you change your chosen payment method then the Bloombox charge will go to your new payment method.
  3. MATILDA’S MAGNOLIAS CANCELLATION POLICY
    You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, we ask that you give us 12 hours notice before your next scheduled delivery. If we do not receive 12 hours notice before your scheduled delivery we reserve the right to charge your chosen payment method for that week and deliver your Matilda’s Magnolias Bloombox to you as usual. There are two ways to cancel your subscription.

    If you have provided 12 hours notice your cancellation will be effective immediately. If you have given less than 12 hours notice your cancellation will be effective from the following week.
  4. You can rearrange your Matilda’s Magnolias Bloombox delivery at any time. To do this LOGIN to your profile or email us at contact@matildasmagnolias.com and we will do it for you.
